Job Description

·         ADM Tasks

       To draft administrative document correspondences of the company and Vietnam law (Investment license ….)

       Manage to maintain all files of employees, all correspondences related to each work project and administrative documents.

       Get in touch with civil organizations (social insurance, HEPZA, BIZA, Ministry of labor – invalids and social affairs, Labor and social welfare service, Inspection section,…) as required tasks.

       Execute other tasks as per requests of BOM or other department related to administration duties.

       To control the mobilization and current site location.

       To follow up the insurance contract (for expat, Vietnamese, property, vehicle…)

       To review for approval Internal Memo.

       To manage all kind of disciplinary, reward, transfer and promotion.

       To solve and Implement the stop working process base on current Viet Nam labor law.

       To follow up for cases: sign new labor contract after probation period, renew labor contact.

       Control other task of ADM-HR Department

·         HR Tasks

       Handle and arrange all works / tasks of the Department

       Manage HR data (recruitment, employees on work, individual data, process of work, training, commendation, discipline, salary, annual leaves, leaves without pay)

       To draft administrative document correspondences of the company and Vietnam law (Company labor regulations, Collective agreement ….)

       Maintain files of resigned employees

       In charge of recruitment and training plan fixed by the Company

       Follow up staff sent to each work project

       Maintain all files of employees

       Establish benchmark of employee progress

       Ensure comprehend and update of salary grid/position.

       Ensure all departments have manager and reports are issued concerning activity of such departments.

       Managing the Annual Individuals objectives for each employees

       Managing the yearly job appraisal (twice a year)

Job Requirements

10 years’ experience in same positionin same position

Graduated from University or M.A

Compulsory language skills fluent in English, (written, spoken)
