Job Description
- Male/ Female; Graduated from university
- Korean fluently
- Having ability to design, use PTS or other designing software
- Having experience to be as organizer for events
- Fresh is can be acceptable
- Good at communication, management skill, problems solving.
- Dynamic, enthusiasm & hard-working
- Being responsible at work
Job Requirements
1) Korean interpreter & training (Main job)
- Be responsible for Korean translation in some of meeting or internal event
- Implement training Korean for employees in company
- In charge of Korean club in company
2) Recruitment (Support)
- Be responsible for recruiting based on Head Count Plan & recruitment request from other teams
- Collect candidate’s profiles/CV & contact to interview
- Make plan of recruitment
- Organizing programs for recruiting
2) Training (Support)
- Be responsible for training Korean for the company
- Analyze training needs and develop training plan for all departments within the company strategies
- Design, produce and implement training program which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and effective
- Schedule Training plan for the company base on training demand from respective department
- Monitor and evaluate training results.
