Job Description

Human Resource task:

  • To provide leadership in the Human Resource department and implement good labor practices and insure our employees are treated with equality, fairness and consistency. 
  • Ensure the recruitment plan and activation meet the time line and target. Predict the recruitment based on production schedule, sales plan and ability of employee so that the company can have a recruitment plan timely.
  • Develop and maintain all HR procedure, policies, employee handbook. 
  • Develop and update of Job Description of all Departments.
  • Conduct internal training and external training based on plan.
  • Supervise C&B administration, update the Government law, market related to salary, Social insurance, do the PIT finalization every year. Consult to Board of Director on the market trend so that the company will have a competitive reward.
  • Conduct yearly performance evaluation and process competency gap analysis for career development and training development.
  • Handle and resolve any employee grievances.
  • Do HR reports as Manager’s request.
  • Be sure that the Human Resource Department create the best spirit and physical environment to organization. 

Administration task:

  • Manage all licenses for company such as: Investment license, printing license, etc..
  • Manage suppliers, vendor contract and quality of service.
  • Control office machines, budget, and maintenance service.
  • Take care expats for work permit, visa, ticket, accommodation, etc..
  • Organize event, meetings, and activities.

Personal Assistant to Group Managing Director

  • Responsible for arranging regular meetings as well as ad-hoc ones (prepare agendas, issue meeting requests, follow up and update action status, distribute minutes and reports (when needed).

 

Job Requirements

  • High level of communication in English
  • Competency in all MS office applications and other related software
  • Competency in all aspects of international travel
  • Competency in organizational skill and ability to respect confidential information
  • Good teamwork
  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • Advanced courses in relevant discipline
