Establish the Strategic Plan to Implement the Business Application Solution which introduce the strategic value to VAS Operation.
Manage the IT Business Application System and ensure the local implementation will be in alignment with Group Policy & Standard
Maintenance of Business Applications to meet the Service Level Agreement
Contribute into the Business Process Improvement

Requires a degree in computer science or business administration
Requires proficiency in English communication.
Having experience of Education Industry is advantage
Understand how the architecture relates to organization’s vision and how business fits to current business line
Really understand the business process improvement, quality management.
Requires a expert knowledge of Oracle and SQL, and Windows operating systems, with hands-on applications experience. Requires demonstrated proficiency with backup/recovery techniques.
Have experience in leading the ERP, BI Project & also have 3 years of maintenance of those systems
Experience in building the business case with justice by using IRR, NPV, TCO, ROI
Really understand the enterprise architecture & Application architecture to match with Business Architecture/ Model
Experience in Application Development & ability to address the governance issue for improvement
Requires the 3 years of experience of project management for the Group-wide & multi-site project
Have a good leadership and management skills
Business Knowledge will be preferable
