Job Description
- Understand the functional requirements and progress of the project, and follow up and coordinate with the Japanese manager, global team (China/Japan/India) and our Vietnamese team to see if there are any differences in perception between them, while providing interpretation.
- Support communication between the global office team and the Vietnam office staff
Job Requirements
- Excellent Japanese speaking, writing and reading skills (N2 level or higher with good communication skills)
- Ability to understand system specifications and business written in Japanese and communicate them to the development team.
- Experienced in the task of coordinating communication between Japanese customers and Japanese staff and Vietnamese staff in a software company.
- A general understanding of the software development process.
- Experience in testing Japanese language products and systems is appreciated.
- Read and write English well (Some degree of communication with global teams required).
- Chinese language is a big plus.
