Job Description
- To ensure reproducibility recipe Lab to Bulk are meet target.
- Produce analysis of quality of dyeing machine to identify machinery that does not produce desired Quality and work with Maintenance to rectify
Common accountability:
Safety & Housekeeping:
- Working with Lab Safety leader to ensure targets for Health & Safety are met.
- Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are reported in a timely manner.
- Actively look for areas where safety can be improved.
- Maintain standards for housekeeping.
Productivity:
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed correctly.
- Work with maintenance to identify and correct poorly performing machinery.
- Measure and meet productivity targets of department such as sample lead time and CQ Lab to bulk.
- Ensure efficient running of Autolab system.
- Ensure all LRM requests are processed efficiently and in accordance with relevant SOPs
Quality:
- Ensure colour quality Lab to bulk targets are met.
- Produce analysis of reproducibility lab to bulk with proposals for improvement.
- To perform periodic calibration dyeing machine follow SOP.
- Prepare reports as requested.
Job Requirements
- Junior College graduate – preferably chemical function
- Good management of people, able to get the best out of all the team
- One year experience in manufacturing environment, especially in color matching jobs
- Able to lead the team
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
- Ability to work in a systemised methodical manner.
- Ability to understand document in English.
- Ability to analyse data and give conclusion
Desirable
- Good technical knowledge of dyeing methods, dyestuffs and auxiliary chemicals.
- Ability to present reports in a clear and concise fashion.
- Ability to communicate in English.
