Job Description
- Report and take full responsibility to BOD directly
- Update new law and regulation
- Build legal frame for company
- Train law to dept manager, section manager …
- Consult BOD, plants, depts regarding to legal act
- Cooperate with other depts to build legal policy
- Support other depts whenever they need
- Solve legal disputes as authorized representative
- Protect legal benefit & rights of company
- Other tasks as assignment of BOD
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male/ Female
- Experience: at least 7 years
- Major in Law, graduated from university or higher
- Fluent in English
