Job Description
- Develops and Leads Short and Long Term Strategic and Tactical Plans that drives success in
alignment with CTB and PigTek overall Strategy, Vision and Values
- Implements comprehensive short and long term Sales and Product Strategies toward achievement
of Divisional Growth and Profit Targets; including but not limited to market expansion strategies,
product portfolio ongoing reviews and development
- Manages Operational Activities to insure that continuous improvement, innovation, quality,
delivery and cost objectives are met or exceeded along with promoting all company policies,
procedures and operational guidelines
o Emphasis placed on Materials Management and Logistics
- Responsible for Preparation and Delivery of One and Three Year Business Plans; understanding
that the Goal is to Deliver the Plan every year.
- Establish metrics for the business; clearly defining measurements for success
- Provide Leadership by Example, establish and lead hiring practices / training activities toward
high employee engagement and retention; recognizing and incorporating local customs and culture
- Represent the company ethically and professionally while adhering to local, country and company
policies across all tax, accounting, risk management and employment regulations
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Business or Agriculture Related Field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 10+ Years progressive experience in Marketing and Business Development
+ 3-5 Years Materials Management and/or Logistics responsibility or exposure
+ Agriculture or farm related equipment experience would be a plus
- Entrepreneurial Drive, Desire, Work-Ethic and Abilities
+ Ability to show Leadership in Growing all aspects of a Business
+ Energetic, honest individual with high ethical standards
- Resident of Vietnam and bi-lingual in Vietnamese and English languages
+ Other Asian languages would be a plus
- Experience working with companies inside and outside Vietnam
- Proactive and decisive leader for the business with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to successfully develop, implement and analyze complex market, financial and business
metrics and plans.
- Ability to travel as needed, could be up to 50% at times
