	1	Manage Sales & MKT team
		- Set up & manage team building spirit among MT & TT & Sales Admin & MKT departments.
		- Monitor, manage, develop Sales system. Set up & implement Sales plan.
		- Set up Marketing plan, implement, control its progress.
		- Take responsibility for sales turnover of both TT& MT channels.
	2	Manage Stock
		- Prevent minus/plus stock and work closely with agents to solve if problem happens.
		- Minimize returned goods not over the target
	3 Profit Control
		- Control promotion & advertisement expenses in an efficient and saving way
		- Make proposal to save cost and increase sales turnover
	4	Other tasks assigned by General Director if any

	1	Achieve the monthly sales target consisting coverage, display and sales.
	2	Lead Sales & MKT team to operate in line with Company policy and regulations
	Các yêu cầu đối với người thực hiện/ Entry requirements:
	Trình độ/ Education:
		University degree
		Knowledge of distribution system and market trend of TT/MT channels in Vietnam
		Knowledge of Company operations, processes, procedures
	Chuyên môn/ Major:
		Marketing/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance
	Kinh nghiệm/ Experience:
		At least 3 years at the same position in FMCG firm, used to work in Japanese or global company is a plus
	Kỹ năng/ Skills& Thái độ/Attitude
		Be good at management, leadership, flexible in solving problems
		Be strong, decisive at work, quick at adapting changing environment
		Be proficient at English
		Have good analytical skills, calculation and planning skills
		Be able to well co-operate with related departments
