Job Description
· Overall Job: The head of Department who will lead Marketing/Planning and Warehouse team for products/quantities and loading arrangement.
· Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Customer’s requirement/Standard/quality issue to production Management team to follow/improve and proceed CAPS
2. Work closely with marketing team (Main Office) on quantity adjustment if schedule delay, quality issue, etc.
3. Communicate with Customer QC for inspection arrangement before loading/shipment arrange
4. Follow up production schedule to make sure production to be on time.
5. Meeting with Production Plan Manager and Key Production people to ensure quantities need to be ready to meet customer’s ship date.
6. Communicate with warehouse Supervisor on loading arrangement.
Job Requirements
· Key Requirements:
1. Experience: Over 3 Years in Furniture
2. Excellent verbal communication in Chinese
3. Able to speak in English is prefer
4. Advance in Excel Skills
5. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi task.
