Job Description
• Manage all manufacturing equipment and machinery. • Implement regular maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal operation. • Resolve emergencies and address urgent issues to minimize impact on production timelines. • Prepare necessary equipment, including sewing machines, file clips, spare parts, etc., as per each order's requirements. • Organize and assign detailed tasks to maintenance staff and workers. • Provide regular reports, monthly evaluations, and recommendations to management. Take overall responsibility for the maintenance department's operations and the plant's machinery and equipment. • Supervise, monitor, and support employees and workers in their daily tasks. • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to promptly gather necessary information and meet production requirements. • Organize training programs to enhance employees' professional skills. • Maintain regular contact with warranty centers or suppliers for optimal support. • Make decisions regarding the use of needles and materials. • Document feedback from relevant departments to address situations effectively.
Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in a sewing machine or textile manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machinery maintenance.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to handle emergencies and urgent issues efficiently.

Good in English communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate with various departments and external suppliers.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance
