Job Description
- Work with Customer on costing, ensure all costing for product is accurate and achieves the set profitability targets
- Work with Customer on capacity reservation, work closely with the Planning Manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmations
- Manage customer relationships & customer Key Performance’s to achieve sales & Net Profit targets to meet Dept. objectives
- Manage the merchandising team effectively to ensure fabric and components Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) are on time according to production schedule to meet garment deliveries
- Work with Customer on capacity reservation, work closely with the Planning Manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmations

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in English / Business Administration, Merchandising
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in Merchandising for Garments /Textitle industry
- Experienced in FOB, costing is a must
- Factory experience is preferable
