Job Description

  • To deal with major customers and to develop the strategic.
  • Plan for Key Account Business across the country for increasing market share
  • Ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution
  • Develop Activation programs based on Company's long term & short term objectives.
  • Work with customers to ensure the programs aligned by customers and can deliver business results. Discuss and allocate fair resources among channels/regions
  • Work with brand team/ marketing team to initiate new way of merchandising. Negotiate with customers to have best merchandising execution
  • Customer business analysis/development/management.
  • Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analyze/ review customers' volume/ margin

Job Requirements

  • Vietnamese (fluent), English (fluent) for written & verbal
