National Key Account Manager

- To deal with major customers and to develop the strategic.
- Plan for Key Account Business across the country for increasing market share
- Ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution
- Develop Activation programs based on Company's long term & short term objectives.
- Work with customers to ensure the programs aligned by customers and can deliver business results. Discuss and allocate fair resources among channels/regions
- Work with brand team/ marketing team to initiate new way of merchandising. Negotiate with customers to have best merchandising execution
- Customer business analysis/development/management.
- Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analyze/ review customers' volume/ margin
- Vietnamese (fluent), English (fluent) for written & verbal
- Highly focused on delivering commitments, and measuring performance of others
