Job Description
Responsible for ensuring an effective sales force development strategy and plan well developed in order to create differentiation and value to the market
"Prepares training materials including Presentation, facilitator guide and handout.
Schedules and conducts trainings including orientation, sales skills, personal skills
to sales team. Sort out/working with suppliers to develop training materials with
multimedia effects or other commercial training."
Design courses, develop training materials, and execution has been implemented as designed and improvement done
Design sustainable and provide necessary training & development plan to support the career development framework
Design effective training & development tracking system in-place to identify key
performers and prepare for succession planning within commercial department
Job Requirements
University/Bachelor’s degree Min required
Necessary/must to have Commercial/Operations/Trade Marketing Management experience - minimum of 3 years
Negotiation to develop collaborative relationships
Teamwork to act in conjuntion with Department, Region and other crossfunctionally
Communication to convey information, ideas and receive others communication extracting the intent and content
