Job Description
- Lead & manage OPS Dept. to provide good customer service to customers/clients
- Ensure to complete the daily operation of department by instructing/supporting the staff and monitoring the progress of the operation
- Consulting to customer the proceed shipment, im-export document.
- Ensure to make/submit correct documents/data (shipping documents, customs documents, payment request, etc.) in time
- Ensure the ability to solve challenging logistics difficulty in Vietnam
- Ensure to control and solve issues/conflicts if any
- Support to and co-operate with Account Department on collecting credits and stop booking/operation for non-payment from customers
- Managing budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process
- Ensure to create, file and update OPS, and make sure staff to follow it
- Initiatives for new product/service
- Ensure to solve problems/complaints from customers
Job Requirements
- Graduated in Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic or relevant field.
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Customs rules/ regulations/procedure
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30 - 45
- 5 -10 years experiences of operation Logistics field
- Good computer skill (MS Office)
- Good Communication in English
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
- Being service-minded, careful, hard -working and positive thinking.
