Job Description
Prepare annual Office Printing Solution Marketing plan of assigned portfolio Together with Sales team to prepare annual sales forecast of the assigned products and its solutions particularly upcoming launching ones Monitor and analyze Printing solution performance and propose action plan to help achieving sales targets Take lead of product launch/ promotion campaigns/ initiatives to make sure they are running in line with marketing strategy. Propose and implement innovative and effective ideas for product mix/packaging, product up-sell/crosssell, product-based sales skills/techniques Provide Direct sales team with the required product knowledge training and equip them with the necessary tools to effectively perform their selling function. Deep understanding of Printing industry and its trends Keep update competitors’ activities, provide SWOT analysis and propose counter-actions Build up good relationship with distribution partners (Distributors, Master dealers, Dealers…), develop trade marketing activities, trainings of new product launches, tender project supports …
Job Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Sales High understanding in market environment and nature of Printing industry Experience: At least 5 years in product marketing, solution consulting roles of Office printing, IT industry, Technology products, Smart devices, Software Solutions. Team Leader , Department Head candidates are preferable Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Vietnamese Confident in trainings/workshops, inspiring and influencing skills to Management, Sales and Distributors Collaborative and Cross-functional capability; Strong analytical skills; Effective problem solving, Office skill: Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
