Job Description

1. Roles:

• Manages the people, materials, ware house, equipment, business and manufacturing processes to deliver factory

• Monitors the performance of quality system and procedures and assesses their effectiveness. Emphasis on prevention on defects and the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

• Sets up procedures for the implementation of current GMP rules from starting material to finished products.

• Performs self-inspection and conducts out GMP, SSOP, BRC, 5S, OHS and safety training.

• Evaluate technical complaints and decides about resulting measures, if applicable in cooperation with other Depts.

• Assures validation of manufacturing processes and utilities.

• Cooperate with other Depts. in monitoring abnormal situations in manufacturing and quality control.

• Manage change control system and approves changes.

• Approves master processing procedures and master packaging procedures.

• Assures approval or rejection of starting material, intermediate products, bulk products and finished products complied with relevant SOPs

• Follow other duties if required from Production Manager

• Maintain Direct cost within Budget

• To ensure there are no quality complaints pertaining to Production, Shipping and packaging issues, e.g micro, particle size , foreign matter , mould, bags tearing , marking ect

• Complete, circulate and monitor the efficieny report in the most efficient way to capture all the datas related to production

• To train and motivate production team. Recruit and train people for the new projects, to meet the new volume / challenges

• Making sure that products are produced ontime and are of good quality;

• To map OEE and other parameters and strive to improve.

• To ensure timely reporting as per the schedule set up by the senior management or board of directors.
