Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate development of venture operational & financial plan, covering delivery & pickup
volumes, headcount & productivity, costs, and key quality metrics; including:
▪ Hubs & satellite capacity and volume plan
▪ Fleet capacity & volume plan (recruiting and expansion, productivity improvement)
▪ Route mgmt. plan
▪ Sortation capacity plan
▪ Shuttle & linehaul plan
• Align plan with venture Business Plan and ensure they are within venture Budget
• Coordinate with Transport and related parties to ensure Lazada volume allocation and capacity plan are aligned
• Coordinate development of venture Roadmap, covering all key projects and initiatives for
the year, and monitor execution of the roadmap
• Coordinate development of campaign plans
• Quarterly refresh of venture operational plan, and Monthly venture Roadmap review
• Prepare presentations, calls and drive follow-up actions with Regional and Local teams
• Oversee implementation of new technology (LMS, TMS etc) including
▪ Plan and manage change management programs
▪ Process improvement in adaption with the innovation
Ensure reporting and planning takes into account these implementations, and required adjustments are made
Job Requirements
• Strong network in Logistics / supply chain industry, with E-commerce busines is a bonus
• Strong analytical skill; strategic thinking and business ownership mindset
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal); English fluency mandatory
• Knowledge with web application development (Database, XAMPP, LAMP, LEMP …).
• Knowledge with automation data reports such as web reports, ETL tools is a plus.
• Strong database knowledge especially MySQL, PostgresSQL
• Able to work in a fast moving organization
• Able to deal with ambiguity and time pressure
