Job Description
- Gather accurate data and supporting information of key performance indicators (KPI's) for management reporting.
- Review and evaluate sourced factory quality system and quality status. To ensure their quality system and quality status could meet NB requirement.
- Continuously Refresh current Quality Information and Reporting systems. Drive towards real time Quality information and reports for NB and at NB factories
- Drive Monthly Customer Returns feedback meetings with key stakeholders and make teams accountable for improvements of products
- Identify related root cause analyses, as well as corrective and preventive actions, with the end-inview of driving continuous improvement towards the achievement of year-end management targets and objectives
- Work with sourced factory and NB team to optimize quality system, including quality data collection and summary, and SI/FI report analysis.
- Communicate with other sourced factory NB team, US headquarter, supplier and associated in other market for quality related issue.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- With Engineering background and preferred with QA/QC experience in manufacturing
- Good database or macro programming experience in MS Excel / Access, as well as PowerPoint presentation Working knowledge and experience in six sigma and/or 8D methodology preferred.
