Job Description
- QS will assist to manage and implement all procedures and policies as regulated by the company
- QS will have the duties as describe hereunder from the initial estimate to the final account, with the task to seek to minimize the costs of the project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality
- Prepare cost estimate
- Prepare tender documents
- Manage tendering process
- Tender evaluation and recommendation
- Prepare contract documents
- Cost analyses iand value engineering
- Cost reporting and cash flow analysis
- Manage procurement for all special works and material
- Manage all progress claims
- Manage all contract variations
- Prepare final accounts
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years experience in quantity surveyor
- Bachelor degree in construction
- Good communication skill in English
- Budgeting skills
- Excellent IT and maths skills
- Organisational and planning skills
