Job Description
- Overseeing costs analysis of awarded project;
- Performing value management and cost control;
- Advising on procurement strategy;
- Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;
- Providing advice on contractual claims;
- Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
- Valuing completed work and arranging claims & pa
- Maintaining awareness of the different building
Job Requirements
- Ensure interim progress payment claim is up-to-date and submitted on time
- Ensure certification to progress payment claim is received on time
- Ensure project P&L is within the budgetary
- Monitor and forecast monthly delivery status for financial planning
- Provide training/briefing on contractual matter
- Meeting with various departments for support and organisation of work
- Ensure SOP of Project department is monitored and up-to-date
