Job Description
- Biết làm và giỏi về bánh kem/ bánh mì/ sandwiches/thức uống
- To ensure completion of R&D Documents for new products (manual/recipes/process)
- Make the cost for new products
- Perform the task as assigned by supervisors
- Discuss problems occurred in workflow with Korean Manager of this department
- To train new employees
- Cooperate with other departments in launching new products and research new materials
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience or Associate Degree with 4 years of direct experience
- R&D experience in the food industry and culinary background strongly preferred
- Any form of processed meat such as chilled or frozen fully cooked meat development experience required
- Experience with grilling meat, dealing with raw meat and creating it to a fully cooked frozen or refrigerated meal
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced knowledge of food science, computer skills that include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Driving a rental automobile as needed; walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis; exposure to manufacturing environments that may include loud noise, heat, cold, wet and slippery conditions
