- As a Consultant at 40HRS Co.Ltd you will, together with a team of dedicated professionals, be responsible for helping our Clients achieve their hiring goals.
- You will do this by providing professional consulting and account management to our Clients Business Leaders and Heads of HR and thereby actively market 40HRS Co.Ltd capabilities to Clients and Candidates
- Your daily work will be diverse, but will be dominated by Client and Candidate contact, where you strive to develop loyal and long term relationships with both parties.
- Deliver a service of high quality to Clients and Candidates.
- Promote and build awareness of 40HRS Co.Ltd capabilities to our existing Client database.
- Be an active networker.
- Screen and interview Candidates in accordance with our international standards.
- Organize interviews between Client and Candidates.
- Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training and career progression.
- Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager or director
- Graduates / post graduates majoring in HR, Business. Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
- Overseas study is a plus, but not a must.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in HR/recruitment, sales with a proven track record.
- Fluent in either English or Japanese or another language, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese
