Job Description
- Support to lead and manage research staffs across all projects undertaken by the Research department.
- Promote services in respect to, but not limited to the research consultant services.
- Participating in, and promoting the sharing of knowledge, market information and professional standards within the research department.
- Support to ensure the Research Dept complies with all laws related country’s law requirements.
- Actively seeking new solutions and creating new business opportunities for the Research Department.
- Manage, lead and liaise with the clients with regard to research consultant issues.
- Maintain and update database with support from research team
- Write and update reports on all sectors of property market
- Write development recommendation in Real Estate
- Develop economic/ strategic/ forecasting models and research tools to support and maintain the leading market
- Liaise with local and international clients and Vietnamese authorities
- Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary
- Write reports in English or Vietnamese based on scope of works to be supplied by clients
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times
- Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market in Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Master degree in Marketing/ BA/ Economics/ Finance
- Strong understanding of market research and market analysis.
- Attention to details and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position.
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
