Job Description
| 1 | Work with systems | |||||
| - Have the knowledge of Lotte ASIA System and operate it smoothly | ||||||
| - Manage TT DMS and Power IB | ||||||
| - Support Branch SA, DS, agents in terms of system operation | ||||||
| - Have experience with SAP, DMS, Eroute | ||||||
| 2 | Make report: | |||||
| - Daily sales report to BOD | ||||||
| - Update account receivable everyweek | ||||||
| - Summarize and submit report of the POSM/Equipment inventory list including Display | ||||||
| - Other reports as requested by SA, Sales MNG | ||||||
| 3 | Others | |||||
| - Daily check data of sales out/ in of TT channel, report NSM in case of sales out over 10 mil VND | ||||||
| - Other tasks assigned by SA MNG | ||||||
Job Requirements
| Chuyênmôn/ Major: | ||||||
| Business Administration, Economics | ||||||
| Kinh nghiệm/ Experience: | ||||||
| At least 2 years at the same position | ||||||
| Kiến thức/ Knowledge: | ||||||
| Knowledge about Companies systems, regulations | ||||||
| Kỹ năng/ Skills: | ||||||
| DAX,SQL.... | ||||||
| Good skills of communication | ||||||
| Office computer skills (word, especially excel) | ||||||
| Be able to communicate in English/ Japanese | ||||||
| Have good relation with SA in Branch and TT manager | ||||||
