Job Summary
1. Channel network Management
a. Manage existing partners
b. Expand network by identifying competent SI
2. Accounts Management
a. Manage existing accounts for repeat business
b. Develop new accounts to expand new business
3. Presales Activities
a. Work with Pre-sales team to propose correct products specifications
b. Prepare quotations and specifications
4. Sales Activities
a. Identify customer’s (SI and user) challenges and find a fit with robot products
b. Promote products to markets to increase brand awareness
c. Identify and appoint new partners to generate new leads
d. Develop sales forecasts
e. Provide market intelligences to Management
f. Coordinate with HQ to meet customer’s required delivery schedules
g. Negotiate with customers on prices, terms and conditions
h. Execute customer’s purchases to ensure 100% accuracy in their purchases
i. Work with inter-departments to fulfil customer’s purchases
Key Accountabilities
· To achieve sales target for Vietnam market
· To achieve KPIs set by supervisor with reference to sales activities

· Job / Skills Competencies
o Good knowledge of Manufacturing industry
o Proactive sales hunter personality
o Experience in channel partner management
o Good presentation and communication skills
o Good negotiation skills
o Good with Microsoft excel and MS office tools
· Critical Work Experience
Experience in a sales or presales role with a reputable industrial robots’ manufacturer preferred
At least 5 years performing a sales role in a B2B business setting
· Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics, Automation in recognised tertiaries/universities
