Job Description

The role is to take care for Lubrication System products and services offering which is base on customer requirements

- Manage market trend, develop/implement various sales activities to achieve sales and profitability target.

- Actively promote the company’s lubrication system products and services.

- Develop sales through Company’s Distributor

- Work closely with Key Account team as part of the team to promote Lubrication product

- Develop relationship in customer organization to strengthen Company businesses and preferences.

- Provide competitor information and well technical assistance to the customers

- Responsible for all technical communication among Company and customers.

- Maintain relationships and ensuring all existing customer requirements are met.

- Identify and sourcing new market opportunities.

- Provide specialized information as required.

- Prepare and conducting presentations to customers.

- Qualify sales enquiries and generating quotations.

- Work accordingly to Strategy to ensure the growth of Lubrication Business and Vietnam Office site.

Key Result Area:

• Sales Growth and Profitability

• Opportunity Generation and Wins Rate (Value and Numbers)

• New Customer Addition

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production etc) or equivalent industry experience.

• MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications is an advantage

PRE-REQUISITES

• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in Sales with a good track record, especially background in products & services for industrial machinery lubrication system.

• Experience in complex technical sales and consultancy is preferred

• Understanding of different maintenance philosophies and practices

• Solid understanding consultancy business with regards to different reliability solutions (includes products and services).

• Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability practices in an industry.

• Good understanding of Industrial Segments & Applications, end-user, OEM, and distribution business

SKILLS

• Strong leadership skills with strong business acumen.

• Ability to negotiate with senior management or corporate executives to win strategic long-term Agreements.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing change management

• Ability to simplify complex projects and develop business models

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good command in English

• Excellent networking capability to draw support from local and region to help win and execute projects

• Ability to understand and proactively develop new strategies to acquire new market based on changing market situation, competitor activities

• Flexibility and versatility in handling multiple projects and tasks

• Demonstrated ability to deliver operational results

• Experience in project management to deliver result
