Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Meet customers directly or via phone, email, or other communication channels to advise them on choosing the right tour.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop a price quotation table to provide accurate and competitive pricing to customers.
- Negotiate contracts to finalize agreements with customers.
- Develop and implement plans to expand and develop the market.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual business activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduated from University or College majoring in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computers and office software.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience: Priority is given to those with experience in sales consulting, especially candidates with permanent residence in Nam Dinh.
- Attributes:
- Attractive appearance, priority given to women 1.6m or taller.
- Good health and ability to withstand work pressure.
- Careful, enthusiastic, and responsible.
