Job Description
· Set and execute policies and procedures for Sales department
· Determine sales quotas for sales personnel in accordance to their skill levels
· Responsible for staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
· Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned vehicles
· Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department basing on assigned target
· Set working schedule for Sales team (duty in showroom, bz trips, customer support …)
· Set daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals for Sales department/ each sales team and Sales executives
· Ensure sales department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit
· Oversee sales, trade-ins, and delivery of all new and used vehicles
· Maintain and develop customer database, carry out CRM activities
· Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives
· Establish departmental work schedule: duty in showroom, Sales activities, balancing the work load of all employees
· Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees
· Forward records of all employee performance reviews, disciplinary actions, job promotions, pay adjustments and letters of recommendation to appropriate personnel for placement in personnel files
· Conduct Daily/ Weekly meeting with team to review result and assign tasks
· Steps to the sales processes, follow-ups on unsold, sold, and service guests, phone skill training and instruction, enhancing subordinates sales skills Inviting customers for test rides
· Support Sales team to close the deals; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
· Directly involve to Fleet sales and propose solutions to close the deal successfully
· Provides sales management information by completing reports
· Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job
· Propose sales campaigns and promotions to DP
· Propose training courses for the Sales team and Attend training sessions to improve skills and capability
· Responding to customer complains in term of Sales and Services
· Make Sales reports: Sales performance, Sales forecast and plan, market
· Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed
· Train sales associates on the advantages/benefits of JLR to assist in overcoming customer objections
· Track and provide direction on how sales associates should obtain their goals
· Manage Sales Executive’s performance and conduct performance reviews monthly
· Cooperate with Marketing to organize Events to promote JLR images and push up Sales
· Attend Handover ceremony Event
Job Requirements
• 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in retail Car sales as well as demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales objectives
• Good knowledge of the automobile industry
