Job Description
- Develop the sales plan for specified channels
- Responsible to develop sales forecast, expense forecast , promotion activity target, POSM display
- Match brand objectives with customer/market needs
- Allocate budgets while analyzing risks
- Work out monthly rolling forecast for assigned channels
- Prepare promotion sell-out volume
- Co-work with marketing team in launch/ re-launch and consumer promotion activities
- Provide input for marketing to build budget, scheme and communication plans
- Lead scheme proposal and execution
- Lead the communication to internal and external stakeholders on the scheme
- Conduct ROI and post-promotion evaluation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administrative, foreign trade, economics or relating majors
- From 2 years working experience in sales / trade for FMCG industry relating to sales planning, trade marketing
- Good analytical skills and business mindset
- Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure
- Good computer skills
- Fluently in both Vietnamese and English
