Job Description

1. Search, sort and manage data;

2. Ensure salesmen have clients to call at all times;

3. Planning the call lists for salesmen every day;

4. Control clients on call list have been spoken to by salesmen. If not spoken to, move to the following day and ensure the salesman speak to the client then;

5. Control salesmen send correct documents and correct invoices to the clients on the correct day;

6. Control and update clients history in CRM;

7. Distribute incoming inquiries to salesmen and follow up result;

8. Ensure the salesmen call back the clients at appointed time;

9. Be able to find any clients in the database and extract clients history from database;

10. Produce daily program report on sales target and report this to Directors; 11. Complete salesmen training by using cutting edge technique.

3. Good verbal communication in English;

4. Effective presentation skills;

5. Ability to learn to navigate and use effectively our database;

6. Ability to strategize, plan, and execute projects seamlessly in a complex business environment.
