Job Description
- Lead the team to deliver Sales Volume and Revenue targets,
- Supervise the Selling of San Miguel Products in his Assigned Sales Territory
- Ensures Availability of Appropriate San Miguel Brands per Outlet Type at all times
- Supervises the Conduct of Merchandising and Promotions Activities based on Plans and Programs
- Management of Trade Outlets through Dealers and Sales Persons
- Management of Trade and Consumer based Sales Information for Planning and Decision Making purposes
- Management of Credit Issuances and Collections
- Building, Maintaining Goodwill and Enhancing Customer Relations
- Training and Development of Sales Persons
Job Requirements
1. Education
University/College or equivalent training.
2. Work Experience
Experienced in Sales preferably in Beer/wine/beverages/FMCG.
3. Skills required
- Knowledge of Sales system, Markets and business practices in Vietnam.
- English oral and written communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
