Job Description
1. Prepare Training Materials:
• Review/update training materials for Corporate and Member events.
• Compose training materials.
• Follow up and get approval from Legal/MPC/ECT and related departments.
• Renew training materials for systematized training: HOM, QSP, Kickoff, TAB, Skill & Leadership training session.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing for Herbalife Nutrition Introduction - SKIN Introduction - Product training.
2. Supervise Event Training Content:
· Plan and organize Train The Trainer & rehearsal MC/Speaker of Sales events.
· Attend and supervise Sales event training content in-house and outside.
· Support regional events’ materials (FPTR, Extravaganza…) when appropriate and local adhoc requests.
· Conduct Training:
• Perform as the trainer in Sales events.
• Evaluate training results, develop appropriate tools/survey methods.
• Support coaching Members to be Trainers.
3. Report:
• Make the training report of each event.
• Create and analyse the measurement after event & propose improvement plan.
4. Plan:
• Identify the training needs of members to develop new training program/content or modify the existing one.
• Prepare the monthly/quarterly/yearly training calendar.
5. Account for eLearning system development and deployment:
- Track and monitor the existing e-learning courses to ensure the content and technical factors are met as required.
- Work with vendor/RO for designing/upgrading course online/content/technical.
- Handle and solve issues from members to support for active ID.
- Identify risks and propose action plans to solve out issues.
- Support VCCA related reports and data analysis.

Job Requirements
· BA in legal/economic/communications or equivalent.
· PC skills including MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
· At least 3-year experience in learning and development, internal training, communication or related fields.
· Good presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written English and Vietnam).
· Project and time management skills.
· Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
· Self-motivated, proactive and with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Able to build credibility and trust by demonstrating high ethical standards and personal integrity.
· Work may involve sensitive and confidential information, discretion is essential.
· Understanding of wellness or nutritional supplement industry is a plus.
· Travel is required.
