Job Description
Training Material: • Review/update training materials for Corp. events & Distributor events • Renew training materials for systematized training included HOM, QSP, Kickoff, Spectacular, Anniversary and other events as requirement • Attend and supervise Sales events in-house and outside • Update & revise the training content regularly • Travel as planned for events and training • Coordinate with other departments for the projects related to Sales training • Support other tasks in Sales and Communication Department as assignment. iFT (Fundamental Training Online): • Design and update the IFT content • Support any issue for online training included testing, inquiry from Distributor • Attend the meeting with Regional project team as occurrence
Job Requirements
• Experience in MLM industry, Insurance, FMCG… • Graduated university; at least 03 years working experience related job. • Able to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, orientation on the results and outputs. • Hardworking, persistent, highly trustworthy, accurate, loyal. • Logical thinking. • Able to use Internet tools. • PC skills (MS windows, MS office, etc.). • Strong English skills (oral & written).
