Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be in charge of developing and implementing sales activities to generate company revenue and profit to coordinate with relevant parties to deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
1.To manage and promote sales activities (including signing sales contracts and manage sales volumes)
· Manage and conduct lead generation activities based on segmentation focus
· Approach potential clients through agreed channels
· Negotiate & close contracts with clients
· Maintain lead database and statistics for sales plan/report
2.To develop and maintain key accounts
· Develop & execute key account plans based on client strategy
· Conduct upselling activities
· Address client concerns
3.To support daily client issues
· Support Sales and Customer Service to handle client requests/ issues from client on daily basis
· Delegate Customer Service support request to relevant account owner and parties
4.To perform other supporting tasks
Requirements
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Customer Service, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: 2 years of relevant working experience in an international environment
English: advanced English is required since the job involves communicating in English with overseas clients – also over the phone.
