Job Description
- Technical interface to operators/customers
- Ensure compliance with operators Technical requirements and approval processes
- Work with program team to enter and get through operator Technical approval process
- Provide market guidance from development, through approval and launch, and all post launch maintenance releases and Technical support
- Own all elements of the technical relationship between the US wireless operators and VinSmart. Technical evangelist for VinSmart devices
- Primary interface between VinSmart and wireless operator’s handset engineering, device certification, sales engineering and product marketing teams
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with these same customer teams
- Subject matter expert on all VinSmart devices, serving as a point of reference for customer inquiries and managing appropriate follow-up to all technical inquiries
- Provide critical view into “real world” that is used to improve products and processes for VinSmart
- Able to understand, articulate, manage and respond to customer’s detailed technical issues in a timely fashion (same day)
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional teams at VinSmart US office to assure the successful development and execution of the products
Job Requirements
Working Location: Seattle or Atlanta, USA
· B.Sc. or M.Sc. In Electric Engineering or telecommunications
· Minimum 3 years in smartphone industry with smartphone project expriences with USA
Operators and experiences on ODM projects
· Ability to interact and present to all levels of management
· Prior experience in a technical customer interfacing role required
· Excellent communication skills
