Job Description

•        Responsible for leadership and direction for the Technical Service Team daily work in construction sites. 

•        Work close with Sales Manager for consulting about products feature and how going on products development, including: 

•        Product Presentations 

•        Prototype and New Product Installations 

•        Product Support including Technical  Sales Data,  Product Bulletins,  and  Competitive Product Information/Analysis 

•        Provide input on definition and design of new products 

•        Trade Show Participation, including set-up/tear-down and working the show 

•        Prepare and Provide Product Training, including but not limited to features, benefits,  installation , troubleshooting, and maintenance to Dealers/Builders/End-Users/Influencers and Sales Staff 

•        Provide Phone and Field Technical Support to any/all sales channel partners as required 

•        Record and respond in a timely manner; according to frameworks established by the Business Unit that meet or exceed the customer’s desires 

•        Coordinate with Inside Sales for shipment of warranty or replacement parts; following established procedures for removing parts from stock and/or procurement of parts 

•        Create and Maintain Product Manuals as they relate to technical specifications and installation Changes processed through an ECO-type of process for recording and communication 

•        Make Warranty Recommendations in cases which fall outside warranty timeframes and guidelines

•        Maintain Service Call Logs and Records according to established procedures 

•        Set up and put into implementation SOP, Work Instruction based on the requirement of each type of products. 

•        Can be analyze and computed costing of products so that bringing the best quote for customers.

•        Organizing and arranging operation job site of technical services team how control and optimize resources to ensure meet KPI, incase. 

•        Very good in fluently and professionally reading auto feeding design drawings as well as ventilation to enhance in growth up and developing of Pigs bringing highest efficiency. 

•        Very good in negotiating and consulting to customers about the best method for installing system with high quality products and optimize costs. 

•        Monitoring & supervising construction site on progress at mean time remind and guideline to third party contractor ensure implementation job be in commitment as signing contract. 

•        Always ready the training courses for technical staff to face with any emergency preparation plan. 

•        Coordinate and  work  with General  Manager  to make plan, organize, control the manufacturing activities according to the Business plan, Purchases of materials with accuracy feature of products. 

•        Have vision and core with new products for recommend to customer how is going on efficiency and economical. 

•        Always seeking and improving feature of products which its may be competition with products  of competitor. 

•        Play a significant role in continuous improvement efforts; including but not limited to identifying/ developing internal and/or external product/service source(s), software, or other tools to improve the business. 

•        Coordinate with General Manager to consulting with plan to set up or expanding the factory scope  of new products line (if any). 

•       Other tasks assigned by VP/General Manager

Job Requirements

-         Two Year Certificate minimum in electronics, computer science, mechanical or related field 

-         Two to four years of industry experience 

-         Strong understanding of equipment functionality from network /systems /software perspectives.  Agriculture or farm related equipment experience preferred 

-         Ability to read and create drawings/electrical schematics via CAD or other equivalent software          Experience working with companies outside the United States would be a plus 

-         Experience in on-site training of company staff, customers and distributors 

-         Proven project management and communication skills 

-         Team player with the ability to interact with other personnel, and with other cultures 

-         Ability to travel as needed, not expected to exceed 30% overnight travel 

-         English language preferred
