Job Description

1.      Project Leadership – Taking full ownership to champion and create impact from MASH works, by effectively leading (AM, SAE, AE) and collaborating with multi-functional team (internal) and suppliers (external). Key owner of timeline, budget and KPI. Signs off the final KPI commitment and success measures, after analysis by AM and multifunction (Media, Social). At the end of project, to conduct learning and evaluation for team and client.

2.      Team Leadership – Effectively leading, delegating, managing and nurturing capabilities of account team (AM, SAE, AE, Interns). Responsible for performance review, appraisal as part of building organization capabilities.

3.      Brand Strategist– Through best-in-class understanding of digital marketing and branding frameworks, ensure our works and projects deliver business results.

4.      Campaign Planning – Ability to work independently and with multi-function experts (planner, creative, media, social) to develop detail execution plans for digital campaigns.

5.      Orchestra Conductor – Ability to lead and handle multiple natures of digital campaigns, including integrating campaign flow and execution details, especially between BMC (integrated agency) and MC (PR), handling the complexity of different messaging and timing across different communication touch points

6.      Client Servicing – Independently handle client relationships, by playing strategic and digital expertise role of Knowledge Consultant. Proactively recommend and package appropriate services that will help grow client business
