Job Description:
- Sales Department:
- Sales representative for major global apparel companies
- Sales activities related to apparel materials (auxiliary materials) and manufacturing equipment
- Coordination with sales departments in Japan and China
- Coordination with Japanese and Chinese suppliers
- Purchasing Department:
- Communication with suppliers
- Customer service regarding product quality
- Management of product inventory, quality, and pricing
- Orders, delivery schedule management, and delivery negotiations
- Team member management
- CS Department:
- Receiving customer orders, managing shipping schedules
- Forecasting, managing inventory of raw materials and products
- Responding to customer requests
- Inquiries to the parent company's sales department
- Team member management
- HR/Admin/Accounting Department:
- Human resources and general administration
- Accounting tasks
- Team member management
Job Requirements
Desired Experience and Skills:
- University degree
- Japanese proficiency at N1 level
- Experience in department head or management roles
- Strong communication and work management skills
- Proficiency with office computers
- Experience with apparel-related materials (auxiliary materials) is preferred
- Willingness to travel
Salary:
- Negotiable based on abilities
- Trial period salary: 85% of gross salary
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and holidays off
