Job Description
· Utilize a hands-on and adaptable leadership style with a commitment to accountability and driving results.
· Able to take up the role of an advocate for implementing technical best practices and development standards in the team.
· Have relevant experiences in planning, designing and implementing software solutions from the ground up.
· Staying abreast of developments in software development, programming languages, frameworks and tools.
· Comfortable in working in a test-driven, agile team.
· Understand your limits and how to work with deadlines.
· Ability to take on the new challenges ahead together with the growing business.
· Familiarity with relevant and globally supported languages such as PHP, Typescript, NodeJS, Python and etc, and with frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, VueJS, NuxtJS, NestJS and etc.
· Proven experience as a full stack developer or similar role.
· Familiarity with relevant and globally supported databases such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB and etc.
· Appreciation for clean and well-documented code.
· Proficiency with Git.
Job Requirements
· BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
· 8+ years relevant technical experience.
· At least 5 years of hands-on experience creating public, complex systems using multiple languages.
· At least 3 years of experience managing a team of full stack engineers.
· Team player with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical personnel is required.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others is required.
· Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity and a dedicated approach to achieving success is required.
· Proactive self-starter and have the courage to take a leadership position to help deliver robust results is required.
· Good problem-solver with an inquisitive and innovative mind.
· Attention to detail.
