Demonstrated independent interest in adopting the latest technologies.
Staying abreast of developments in software development, programming languages, frameworks and tools.
Comfortable in working in a test-driven, agile team.
Understand your limits and how to work with deadlines.
Ability to take on the new challenges ahead together with the growing business.
Familiarity with relevant and globally supported languages such as PHP, Typescript, NodeJS, Python and etc, and with frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, VueJS, NuxtJS, NestJS and etc.
Appreciation for clean and well-documented code.
Proficiency with Git.

Identify initiative/project opportunities based on industry knowledge, user needs and business priorities. It is expected these will include fundamentally new opportunities and directions for the company.
Creatively develop novel ideas and business requirements into mature R&D initiatives/projects that demonstrate concepts and prove hypotheses using a variety of techniques, from low-fidelity prototypes to audience pilots.
Lead requirements gathering and creative sessions with stakeholders and teams and manage change in relation to specified requirements, including assessment of impact, communication, and supporting planning and prioritisation as appropriate.
Monitor, summarise and report feedback from the user base or audience to measure performance of the project.
Continuous improvement of projects; identifying and prioritising improvements and enhancements.
