Job Description
- Perform daily Sales to Cash and other inwards remittance reconciliations with high accuracy.
Investigate and correct variances working closely with other departments.
- Handle daily deposit of cash receipts into the company’s bank account.
- Perform monthly Bank Account reconciliations.
- Monthly VAT return, monthly PIT return and reconcile tax payable/ recover with TB
- Perform monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivables e.g credit cards, wires, charge backs, outstanding cash collections and cash in transit.
- Prepare periodic Tax Certificates for Distributor Personal Withholding taxes.
- Prepare the summary report of full year personal income paid
- Handle Accounts Payable invoice processing using three way matching, chart of account coding and perform timely data input into the Oracle Accounts Payable module.
- Perform periodic physical inventory counts and conduct physical fixed asset counts. Tag fixed assets to allow for correct tracking of company assets.
- Travel to support periodic company sales events.
- - Liaise with local relevant authorities (tax / social insurance Dept) to obtain necessary approval or legislation update.
- - Submit SI/HI/UI declaration, PIT declaration to SI & Tax Department respectively on monthly basis.
- - Coordinate with HCM HR Manager for any HR related matters in Hanoi Sales Center.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years experiences in Accounting.
Sound basic accounting knowledge with basic skills to understand Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
Good reconciliation skills. Detailed and accurate. Customer service a plus
Knowledge and experience in accounts payable and AP software. Oracle a plus.
