Job Description

Important Areas of Responsibility (Key Deliverables /Accountabilities)
Responsible for independently soliciting for new customers as well as maintaining existing customer
based, which includes quotation, contract negotiations, handling inquiry, presentation to customer,
etc.

Responsible for regional business development for Employment agency in any or specific
industry.
Involves multiple responsibilities such as delivering the requirements to our overseas offices,
co coordinating with them, inventory management, day to day operation etc.
The role is demanding and diverse and involves: using sales, business development, marketing
techniques and networking to attract business from client companies;
visiting clients to build and
develop relationships;
developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they
do, plus their work culture and environment.
Cold calling, Emailing and day to day follow ups with prospective clients
Introduce company on various platforms with digital marketing.
Managing marketing budgets and full sales requirements
Ready to travel regional and overseas for marketing, promote business activities, represent company
in the exhibitions.

Job Requirements

Qualification

 

● Bachelor/ Management Degree
● Excellent English communication skills.
● Adequate PC knowledge with Editing skills
● SEO/social network and digital marketing skills

Work Experience

● Previous experience in overseas recruitment
agency or similar B2B business
● Previous experience or knowledge in Digital
