Job Description

Purpose

Developing 40HRS’s Brand of all countries in Vietnam & Asia through networking, marketing, advertising and activities at the company. The priority is to assist company acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones. Taking steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various objectives.

 Job Content

1.       Researching & analyzing to identify new leads and potential markets;

2.       Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing;

3.       Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;

4.       Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;

5.       Preparing PowerPoint presentations, the quote and proposal basing on client’s need;

6.       Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person;

7.       Planning and carrying out all sales& marketing for all countries in Asia.

8.       Developing and executing strategy advertising for short & long term, measuring results performance of marketing channels and communications to propose the most effective one;

9.       Having overall responsibility for brand management tasks such as brochure printing, catalogs, capacity profiles;

10.    Website management, link images, contents to push the company website to top of Google. Advertising to bring the team' services to clients on a large scale and pulling clients to visit the company's website;

11.    Planning and working closely with event agencies to implement promotional events;

12.    Overseeing the company’s marketing & event budget;

13.    Doing report and updating into system;

14.    Lead and operation for Staffing’s project (in case)

15.    Other tasks assigned by BOD.

Function

Combining sales and skills in managing relationships in order to create growth and new business for a company. In charge of the entire marketing activities to influence customers to choose the company's services over those of competitors.

 

Responsibility and the Right

  1. Identifying new sales leads, approaching the potential clients and trying to let them understand about the 40HRS’s and Jogo’s services.
  2. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing Clients.
  3. Reaching the Target of the Team.
  4. Working closely with various departments of company to ensure all procedures run smoothly.

Job Requirements

·    Experience over 3-5 years in Sales/Business Development or Tele-sales/B2B & project management is preferred.

·       Familiarity with Payroll, Staffing, C&B, databases – researching…

·       Experience with MS Office, Excel- Word, Powerpoint....

·       Basic knowledge of labor legislation

·      BSc in Human Resources Management or similar fields

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
