Job Description
• Leading office management, including hiring suitable personnel; mentoring, training and developing consultants; and managing office administration & finance
• Driving strategy and implementation for all projects with existing and future clients of company in Vietnam
• Maintaining and managing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Structuring and proposing solutions for client challenges and issues.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality services and products to clients.
• Driving business development and outreach activities in Vietnam.
• Representing company at business events and assisting in developing and raising the company’s profile in Vietnam.
• Contributing to building company’s profile and presence in Vietnam.
• Working on special projects as needed and assigned.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in business, economics, international relations, or a related field.
• At least 10 years experience in government relations, corporate affairs and/or strategic communications consulting in Southeast Asia.
• Deeply understanding the politics and economics of Southeast Asia (especially Vietnam).
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal negotiation and communication skills, experience in cross-cultural environments and international settings.
• Fluently English and Vietnamese language skills, both written and oral.
