Job Description
Investment execution in new project as Investment director or manager. o Negotiation & relation management with partners (JV partner) o Investment financial analysis o Legal due diligence with lawyer More desirable if having experience in M&A or JV deal with FDI company.Job Requirements
Background and basic skills o University Graduation (Bachelor Degree or above) , 30-40 years old is preferable. o No criteria for university major, but Finance / Accounting degree is preferable. o Good command in English, particularly in writing & speaking. (Equivalent to TOEIC of 850, IELTS 6.5 or above) o Proficiency in office computer applications, especially Excel. Professionality o Negotiation & relation management with partners (JV partner) Ø make presentation of company policy / strategies Ø create / maintain relationship with counterpart of JV partner Ø negotiate to execute investment o Investment financial analysis Ø make financial model (Cash flow / P&L) o Legal due diligence with lawyer Ø Discuss with lawyer regarding relevant regulation and law Ø Reflect them into contract clauses to minimize legal / regulation risk · Others o Complying with international standard compliance
