Job Description

• Promote the company's established brands and introduce company services to the market. • Research and develop marketing strategies, comprehend consumer needs, identify market trends, and propose enhancements to achieve marketing objectives. • Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to produce comprehensive reports. • Implement new sales and advertising initiatives, including direct marketing activities aimed at converting leads into paying customers. • Ensure team proficiency in lead conversion, customer retention, and sales growth by understanding target audience preferences and advertising suitable products. • Analyze budgets, devise annual budget plans, allocate expenditures, and ensure sales team attainment of quotas and objectives. • Conduct audience research to tailor offers to their preferences. • Utilize CRM techniques such as personalized emails, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing to enhance client/customer relationships and retention. • Train, schedule, coach, and oversee marketing and direct marketing teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives. • Maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities. • Stay abreast of industry trends by attending educational events, conferences, workshops, and maintaining professional networks. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online and offline platforms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales; managerial experience may be beneficial. • Proficiency in sales and marketing concepts. • Strong analytical, organizational, and innovative thinking abilities. • Exceptional strategic, communication, interpersonal, and customer service proficiencies. • Familiarity with data analysis and database marketing, with the capability to comprehend complex commercial analyses and customer data. • Adherence to company policies and procedures. • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
