Job Description
- To corporate customer to expand their ecosystem by consult the possible integration with SLP, exploring opportunity and utilize the Group network, help Fintech partner to participate and extend the customer’s ecosystem
- To manage accounts during project implementation by communicating frequently with the partner’s IT Project Manager
- To overall ensure the customer satisfaction of delivery
- To participate in to the preparation and planning to promote and sell Smartechi’s technology solutions to banks, financial institutions and other industry segment in Vietnam;
- To support Smartech’s director in prepare business development plan for market expansion in Vietnam/SEA
- To actively provide feedback and drive customization of our products to fit the Vietnam context
Job Requirements
- 5 years + product management track record in fintech, B2B financial service project in financial or banking sectors; better to have customer online lending/credit platform knowledge
- Experience in successful B2B technology solution
- Experience in successful managing partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Highly adaptable and able to cope with frequent changes typical to new companies
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating impact for clients
