Job Description
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or
solutions for work completion.
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing
productivity.
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure
of escalations.
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or
review.
Job Requirements
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ year experience with embedded systems test methodology
- Hands-on experience in Embedded Software Testing
- Strong in software testing skills & software testing techniques
- Strong in C programming for Embedded Software, compiler, make file, …
- Good experience in scripting programming language such as Python is an advantage.
- Have experience in Micro-controller/ sensor/ IO/ Serial knowledge is an advantage.
- Good in debugging. Have experience with Microsoft Visual Studio is an advantage.
- Have good knowledge in AUTOSAR architecture.
- Self-driven and strong inter-personal skills
- Good teamwork, time management, stakeholder management, decision-making skills
- Good at team engagement, motivation and competency build-up
- Careful personality, have a sense of quality
- Good in problem analysis and solving
- Good English communication skills
