Job Description
- Accounting and booking according to Local and International rules.
- Review accounts on a monthly basis.
- Management report: Provide adequate, on time and accurate management reports of business result, costs, cash to Board of Management.
- Reporting (Monthly, quarterly, yearly report) in each projects
- Tax Declaration.
- Ensure all tax reports and other statutory reports to the Tax and other competent authorities are submitted on the timely basic.
- Review the financial reporting to ensure all the financial statements are well-prepared complied with VN accounting standard.
- Bank/Cash Management.
- Inventory
- Salary payment, monitoring the company’s salary system running properly.
- Costing
- Control expenditure budget and ensure all the cost be managed complied with accounting principles in terms of timing and nature of the cost.
- Product cost to ensure all the information reflect accuracy and properly in the timely basic.
- Product calculation.
- Budgeting/Forecasting
- Set the procedure and timing for annual budgets and liaise with other departments to implement budget.
- Control the expenses of the company to remain within the annual budgets.
- Preparation of cash flow forecast on weekly basis, cooperation with other departments, such as purchasing to have the payment plan.
- Safeguard the assets of the company to ensure recording completely and physical existence.
- Tax audit
- Others tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Chief Accountant Certificate is obligatory.
- 5-10 years experience as Chief Accountant.
- The candidate worked in the related industries or construction field
- Good knowledge of Tax laws and regulations, and related laws.
- Strong leadership and management skill
